When people like me say, "Who made Japan like this," the film "The Truth of Nanking" will be our silent response to those who question us. What have we lost because of the war? By what means did people knock down the pillars of Japan? Are we a nation of savages? For the argument's sake, if this is what we question, I believe that all Japanese possess the right to know the real truth behind what happened.
